For the second day of the training school we started with an overview of a startup journey from foundation to consolidation, given by Héctor Josep Donat Añó who shared his experience as CEO of Fivecomm. Later, David Martín-Sacristán finished the morning session with a lecture about how to access EU founding. After lunch, David continued with a lecture on managing innovation followed by an explanation of Agile methodologies, including fun exercises for our ESRs. We closed the day with a delicious dinner of latin cuisine.
