Our first training school has ended, three days packed with classes and activities. After two years of COVID, the opportunity of meeting in person felt really special, and we all agreed that our expectations were exceeded. Not only did our ESRs receive useful training, but also their bond grew stronger, and their collaboration will definitely be more enjoyable and productive from now on.
